About Me

Who am I?  Like you, I am a precious, beloved child of God.  I am a spiritual being whose intention is to be completely loving, forgiving and compassionate.  (This includes extending compassion and forgiveness to myself when I allow my ego to get in the way.)  I am a spiritual seeker who is surrendering ever more to Love.

I am a 43 year-old wife, mother, spiritual student, life coach, Hospice volunteer, Stephen Minister, and former sexual assault counselor who isn't defined by my labels or roles, but rather, celebrates them and attempts to use my gifts for the Greatest Good of all.

I love to help liberate and empower women and men who are ready to embrace transformation.  I'm extremely grateful to be facilitating the coaching process because I continue to see it help people tap into their inner truth, strength and wisdom--and begin living the life of their dreams!

"If we did all of the things we are capable  of, we would literally        astound ourselves."

~Thomas Edison

What I believe:

~ Each of us desires to awaken to our best life.

~ Balance, peacefulness, and wholeness is our natural, God-available state.

~ External solutions do not yield the peace we are yearning for.

~ If we are searching, it's best to ask Life what it wants for us and the answers will be found within the space of the stillness.  "Be still and know I Am."

~ The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

It can become too uncomfortable to remain in confusion, numbness, or pain.

~ As Eleanor Roosevelt said, "There's no reason to fight the darkness--turn on the light!"

~ The coaching process creates a powerful and unique space for discovery, growth,  healing and success.

~ It is an honor to be able to serve my clients--and that the journey we share is a sacred blessing to us both.

My Journey

I labored through countless messy years of my life before coming to the place where I was ready to end the pain and suffering.  I was physically tired.  I was emotionally drained.  I felt hopeless.  I then reached deep within to summon the courage to move forward and choose peace over drama and fear.

After an honest self-assessment, I realized I could not create the life I wanted without professional assistance.  I needed an objective person to help me gain the tools and perspective I lacked.

I then reached out to a skilled professional and embarked on a journey of awakening and personal transformation that drastically improved not only my own life, but those I was in relationship with--my spouse, children, parents, etc.

Once I learned the tools necessary to remove the blocks to my happiness and success, suffering gave way to peace of mind, depression to rejuvenation--chaos and stress to balance and purpose.  I learned to accept and forgive myself and others and I became a more joyful, confident, harmonious version of myself.

Today, I am blessed with a much greater degree of fulfillment, inner peace and personal and professional success.  I've learned to love and accept myself and those around me in ways I never imagined possible.  It took awhile, but I learned to celebrate Life--and all the incredible possibilities Life provides.

My journey continues; but as Louisa May Alcott once said, "I am no longer afraid of the storms, for I've learned how to sail my own ship."
